Ideally located on a dune in a quiet area of the small village of Chaucre in the commune of St Georges d'Oléron, our modern house welcomes you for a comfortable stay just 200 meters from the ocean. Accommodating up to 8 people, it is perfect for a holiday with family or friends.
From the moment you enter, you'll be captivated by the bright, airy spaces and thoughtfully arranged layout. The spacious living area includes a comfortable lounge and a welcoming dining room, both opening onto the outside through large bay windows.
Our house is on 2 levels: the ground floor is mainly dedicated to the bedroom and TV lounge area, upstairs you will find the common areas and a master suite.
The fully fitted kitchen is functional and equipped to meet all your needs. A pantry completes the space for added convenience.
Our house has 4 welcoming bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy. Each piece has been designed to combine comfort, modernity and elegance.
Outside, a large terrace invites you to relax with its garden furniture, sun loungers, and parasols. The heated swimming pool allows you to fully enjoy sunny days, from morning to night.

SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is heated and secured by an external cover (tarpaulin system) from July to the end of September (the heating period depends on the weather)

LINEN: For your comfort, household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats) is provided, allowing you to travel lighter and fully enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive.
PARKING: 2 parking spaces on the property
PETS: one small pet (-10kg) is allowed, an additional deposit of 200 euros will be required upon arrival.
